
Loren Hicks
Lead Pastor
Pastor Loren has served as the Lead Pastor of Pacific Christian Center since 2019. Prior to coming to PCC, he served as a lead pastor in Los Angeles for seventeen years. He is passionate about reaching the next generation and sharing the love of Jesus with the hurting in our local community. In addition to his ministry with the church, he is the host of The 5 Minute Discipleship Podcast which reaches 101 nations of the world. This daily podcast exists to inspire believers who want to deepen their faith and grow closer to God. Pastor Loren is married to his beautiful wife, Linda, and together they have three daughters. In addition to being an ordained minister with the AG, Pastor Loren also holds a bachelor's degree in biblical literature from Ozark Bible College and a master's degree in religion and church leadership from Vanguard University. When you get to know him, you'll discover his favorite food is tacos and he is a huge fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers. More than anything, he is passionate about sharing the gospel and the love of Jesus.

Linda Hicks
Associate Pastor
Pastor Linda is an ordained minister, our Associate Pastor, and the Director of Women’s Ministries for our SoCal Network. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Theology from Ozark Bible Institute and College and attended the University of North Texas. She and her husband, Loren, have three amazing daughters.
At the age of four years old, Linda accepted Jesus Christ as her savior and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at six years of age. It has been the desire of her heart from then to serve God in ministry to others.

Phil Young
Senior Adults Ministry Pastor
Pastor Phil is an ordained minister who serves as the Senior Adult Ministry Pastor. He leads a weekly service called The Haven, which is designed specifically for senior adults. His ministry work has taken him on 50 mission trips around the world.
Pastor Phil and his wife, Claudene, have three adult children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He is passionate about family and enjoys participating in mission trips. Additionally, he has a fondness for one of his favorite snacks: black licorice candy.

Rick Pineda
Student Ministry Pastor
Pastor Rick is an AG Credentialed Minister and serves as our Youth Pastor. He has been on staff at PCC since 2018 and has been serving as our Youth Pastor since 2020. He has been married to Kaykay Pineda, our Children’s Ministry Director, since 2021 and they both have a passion of reaching and investing in the next generation. When he isn’t on church campus, you can catch Pastor Rick surfing, taking photos on his film cameras, and rewatching Marvel/Star Wars movies.

Kaykay Pineda
Children's Ministry Pastor
Kaykay is an AG Credentialed Minister and serves as our Children's Ministry Pastor and joined our staff in 2021. She is married to Rick Pineda, who serve as the Youth Pastor at Pacific Christian Center. Rick and Kaykay have been married since May of 2021 and have a huge heart for the next generation at PCC. When she isn’t here with the kiddos, you can find Kaykay either outside soaking up the sunshine or binge-watching her favorite TV shows at home.

Dr. Michael Foell
Congregational Care Pastor
Dr. Foell holds a BA from CSULB, an MA, and a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling, and has also taught at every level of education (elementary through college). Following pastorates in Southern CA, Dr. Foell served for 15 years as the Care Pastor and Campus Pastor at his previous church.

Rick White
Pacific Christian School Administrator and Principal
Mr. White has been a Christian Educator for 40 + years. He joined our team as Principal/Administrator of Pacific Christian School in 2020. He earned his Bachelor's degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and his Master's degree in Education from United States International University. He holds an Administrative Credential with The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). In 2010, he became a National Blue Ribbon Principal when he led his Elementary and Junior High School to National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence status with the U.S. Department of Education. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Karen, and they have four adult children and three grandchildren.

Sonja Wittlieb
Pacific Christian Preschool Administrator
Sonja has been an early childhood educator for thirty-six years. She is in her twenty-fourth year here at Pacific Christian, with the last five years serving as Assistant Preschool Director. She and her husband have been married for thirty-one years and have five wonderful children and four amazing granddaughters. She loves to camp, hike, and adventure with her family.

Brent Jenkins
Business Administrator
Brent has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He previously worked as Vice President Information Systems for a service company supporting locations across North America.
As the Church Business Administrator, Brent oversees the financial and operational aspects at Pacific Christian Center. He enjoys working with a great team to help grow God’s Kingdom.

Teresa Diani
Biblical Counselor
Teresa's counseling career began in 1995 under the tutelage and mentorship of two spiritually gifted and discerning female pastoral counselors. She spent 12 years as a full-time staff lay counselor at her previous church, specializing in family and marriage counseling.

Lynne Plunkett
Pastoral Counselor and Director of School of Ministry
Lynne received her B.A. in Psychology and her M.S. in Counseling from CSUH and spent a rewarding career in school administration before retiring. She is an ordained Assemblies of God minister.

Daniel Flores
Facilities Director
Daniel oversees the maintenance and daily operations of our 13-acre campus and facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for our church and school.

Jacob Garcia
Facilities Staff
Jacob assists with all of our general maintenance, event setup and breakdown, and ensuring facilities are safe and well-maintained.
